How to Port Your Existing Phone Number to Callicity
Porting your existing phone number means moving or transferring your number from your existing carrier to Callicity. This is a fairly simple process that consists of several steps and can be completed in a few weeks time.
First: you will need to contact your current carrier and obtain a transfer, or port-out PIN. Click on the link below for your specific carrier and follow the steps to obtain this PIN:
Second: you will receive a form titled "Callicity®Letter of Agency" through a digital signature service. Use the PIN you received from your carrier when completing this form.
Once we have received that form, the process of porting your number can begin.
